Venue
Grundy Art Gallery, Queen Street, Blackpool, FY1 1PX
Admission All Classes and the Grundy Art Gallery presents an exhibition of poster and ephemera collections from both the National Fairground Archive and the Leisure Parcs collections.

Spanning over 2 centuries, this material celebrates the breadth and diversity of entertainment in Blackpool, the UK, and across the world. As the posters and handbills convey acts and events from times past, they also give an exclusive insight into the history of the printed format. Showtown includes posters for artists appearing in Blackpool, and was originally curated by the National Fairground Archive and Ted and Ann Lightbown as part of Showzam - Blackpool's Annual Festival of Magic Circus and Variety

There will be catalogues available for both the Top of the Bill and Showtown exhibitions. Admission is free of charge, please see the Grundy Art Gallery website for opening details.
